Do you know what the biggest personality issue is that I’ve found after working 25 years with people? Not being able to answer the question: who am I and where am I going?
When I ask people, what do you hope to gain from life? What are your objectives? Where do you see yourself in 5 or 10 years? I get vague, not fully thought out responses.
To get to the right place the first thing you’ll need is the right map. It’s essential to have a map when starting out and during any journey. So imagine how important it is to have a map on your life journey.
It doesn’t matter where you are in life right now. It’s just like these moments when we’re in the car and have to pull over, stop and look at Google Maps so we can see where we are and if we’re going in the right direction.
